Shipping & Returns

Our handing time to engrave (personalize) the items for all orders are 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) regardless shipping method you select.

IMPORTANT! expect up to 5 days handling time during Christmas Holiday regardless what kind of shipping method you select.

Shipping is $4.95 with USPS First Class Mail and Free on orders over $25.00 within continental United States with USPS First Class mail on all of your orders.  USPS First Class Maill normally takes no more than 3 to 7 days to arrive to you after we ship the order. Sometimes faster, depends on your distance from California.

We also ship with USPS Priority Mail for only $8.95 and normally takes 2-3 days to arrive after we ship the order

Once your order ships, we'll email you over your  tracking # so you can know the exact arrival date of your order.

Please note that while keep most of our items in stock, we do occasionally have to order items in. Please call us at 888 496 6530 or e-mail us at if your order is time-sensitive. 

Our local customers can order online and pick up the orders in store.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Return & Exchange Policy 

At the we truly strive for total customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. Please be sure your custom selections are exactly as you want them to be. Corrections to custom orders are sometimes impossible to do. Refunds are not available on customized pieces, although we will make efforts to assure your satisfaction. 

If we have made an error in the engraving or personalization, we will replace the incorrect item immediately.

On all Non-Personalized (engraved) items if within 60 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, simply return it for a full refund (less delivery charges). However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified or abused will not be accepted for refunds.

Once your return product is received, it will be processed within 5 business days. will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned item(s). Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.

  • Package your return. Please package your item in its original packaging. Please include all instruction forms and warranty papers.

  • Reason for return. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the order, You feedback is very important to us
  • Insure your package. This will cover you if your package gets lost or damaged in shipment. UPS, FedEx and USPS all offer insurance on their shipments.

  • Please contact us with any questions at all or if you are having any difficulty returning your item. We want to make it as simple as possible and we're here to help you every step of the way.
